Use of MyCommandStation
MyCommandStation is a smart-home control platform designed to help users monitor and control supported devices and services. You are responsible for using MyCommandStation only with devices, accounts, services, and property that you are authorized to access or control.

Third-Party Services and Devices
MyCommandStation may connect with third-party products and services such as Google Nest and other supported smart-home providers. These services are operated by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, availability, account requirements, fees, or technical limitations.
MyCommandStation does not control the continued availability or functionality of third-party services.

Availability and Reliability
Smart-home devices, networks, cloud services, Internet connections, local networks, and third-party APIs can experience interruptions, delays, or failures. MyCommandStation is not guaranteed to provide uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Do not rely on MyCommandStation as the sole means of performing an action where failure, delay, or loss of connectivity could create a dangerous situation.

Safe Use
You are responsible for the safe configuration and operation of devices connected to MyCommandStation. Extra care should be used with locks, garage doors, gates, thermostats, cameras, appliances, and other devices that can affect physical access, safety, property, or energy use.
MyCommandStation should not be used to bypass manufacturer safety mechanisms or applicable laws and regulations.

Privacy and Connected Accounts
Your use of connected services is also subject to the applicable provider’s authorization and privacy requirements. Information about how MyCommandStation handles connected-service information is described in the MyCommandStation Privacy Policy.

Changes and Contact
These Terms may be updated as MyCommandStation functionality, supported integrations, or service requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
